The art of Taijiquan is a big part of my life. It has helped me to eradicate my low back pain. It has helped me become a relaxed and patient jiu-jitsu practitioner. Taijiquan has certainly helped me to manage stress, and channel these stressors effectively. In 2010, I remastered my dvd on the Hunyuan 24-Posture form of the late, Grandmaster Feng Zhiqiang.
